I agree. Have had my card cancelled twice in the past 12 months. Last time they called me to tell me that I had transactions from coles everyday for a week. I told them that I was aware of all those transactions but they still insisted that if any fraud was found I would not be covered. It then took 12 days to get the replacement cards issued.
