Done this flight many at lest a dozen times in teh past year and have never shown up more than 30 minutes before the flight. Terminal 7 is dead at that time of the day and if you are not checking bags 30 minutes is enough time to pass through security, stop for a quarter pounder at McDonald's (past security) and slowly head to your flight.
