What's the fare like in the F lounge then? Sit down, a la carte, like at LHR? Decent enough to forego dinner on board in F, and substantial enough to last until breakfast before landing?

What's breakfast like at the arrivals F lounge (is there such a a thing? Or is it just CW?)
