I hope that the airlines or programs such as clear that offer these 'expedited' services for an annual fee are paying for the TSA overtime out of their programs funding. I'm assuming that in order to be legal, they are using off-duty TSA personnel, and not pulling from the normal shift who are being paid (by all of us) for their services in the normal lines.
