At the end of your trip, there is an Arco just past the Mill Valley exit (on West side of 101) that is usually 10 cents cheaper than on the Peninsula. Cash is your best option, as there is a surcharge for debit cards of 50 cents and no CCs.

Most likely Arco's are your best bet wherever you can find them, but I am not too familiar with gas north of San Rafael.
