I don't believe that station is. The airport gas station is open 24 hours and only charges a 5 cent or so premium off of local stations. There are also a couple of 24 hour stations at Rt. 28&Rt. 50. There used to be a 24 hour station near Target on Rt. 7 a few lights east of Rt. 28. If you're coming from Leesburg there are quite a few there and if you hit the toll road the gauge will probably still show full when you return the car.
