Less than 3 weeks ago I was on a flight from YYZ to Cozumel (mexico) on a Air Canada Vacation charter flight. The total incompetent travel agent spelled my name wrong ( BOTH name and surname!!) on the ticket. When I checked in , there was no problem at all .
