I am not sure about the CX flight, but for BA flights (last flight being around 2315h), you get a full dinner from the menu in the separate F lounge. BA has recently updated the Lounge in YYZ (i.e. similar to the Gallery Lounge in T5), with a separate side for F and Club (Business).

My recommendation is for you to arrive around 1000h to have a meal. Otherwise, the food shuts down after the last BA flight at 2315h. There is only one flight a day with First class which leaves around 2030h, so the F kitchen may close by then. However the Club lounge has buffet which should be open until the last flight leaves
