I once had a super flight back in CE from BCN - of course the air traffic controllers in France were having a little industrial action over the price of onions or something...anyway this CSD chap went out of his way to talk to all CE passengers on the extended journey as we routed around France. I filled in the online form praising him, and lo and behold after 3 months, I receive a personal letter from him thanking me for my comments! Service or stalking - discuss? (I found it lovely personally)
