when i first ran into these J seats when there were being introduced i though it was a joke.... would see them on SFO-ORD and I could not beleive they were new... least comfortable J I have run into. Then took one NRT-SJC and that one trip was enough.... never again. I was uncomfortable the entire way, food sucked, and customs at SJC was horrible. (but CX out was great )

I transitioned out of AA and into CO and now to UA... all far far more comfortable seats. I never could figure out what AA was thinking. they must have gotten them on a discount...
