Yeah, it is actions from TSA does not taking own responsibility for trying steals the personal items. Police could be arrested the baggage handlers were trying took the personal items. It is unacceptable behaviors for trying to open the bags. Customers does not have locked the bags at all. If TSA is opened the bags during physical inspections. TSA will searches the bags some reason the bags is alarms but, they will be automatically to secondary screening. I don't see more logical choice from TSA is not taking own responsibility.

I think SFB need more extra security surveillance camera at the baggage handlers area. If someone who have suspicious behaviors for taking the bags from conveyer belts. TSA will notifications to police immediately. They will eventually arrested the baggage handlers.
