I recently flew the 7am flight from LAX-SEA in F...it was an ex-shuttle 737-500. They served a 'breakfast' of cereal, banana, yogurt, and a roll (all packaged in a carry-out container).

Does anyone know what the 'meals' are like at other times of the day? I'm flying back to SEA next week on the 6:25pm flight and was wondering what the snack du jour might be.
