Yes, It's noticed, noted and acknowledged!

Many thanks to all who have taken the time to write in and praise my colleagues.

It takes about 2 weeks to filter through the system. My immediate manager sends me an e-mail, and sometimes a letter if it's praiseworthy enough! It is noted on my work file, and a summary of all complimentary comments goes to the Head of Inflight Services.
