In case you're curious, my gf vetoed the bbq idea for tomorrow because she can't fathom the idea of having people see her house in a --less than perfect-- state (I will admit that it is a bit of a mess because she's trying to sell half of her possessions, which are spread about).

But, next weekend is cool because it's her birthday and one of her friends will be visiting as well.
