ufo - You don't need to call AF. You can use the e-ticket number and pull the reservations on airfrance.com, then you can select and change seats and find the AF PNR there.

My parents' reservations on co.com are still there, over a week after the last "fix". Will do OLCI for their AF flights in a few hours, so I think they're safe.
