What is very much NOT clear to me is whether for *G on TK, you need only 40,000 -- or if you need 40,000 when starting from TK *S, which itself requires 25,000. In other words, when starting from zero, does TK require 40,000 or 65,000 (=40K + 25K) miles for *G ?
