Just a further update: just got off the phone with a MP agent based in South Dakota who placed me on hold for 5 mins to check on a couple things. She returned with the following update: "there happens to be glitch in the MP system when it comes to Grupo TACA, especially concerning purchase C or J fares. The TA flights post automatically with the 25% COS bonus, however, the LR flights (part of Grupo TACA) do NOT post with the same bonus." She sent a message off to the group that looks after these problems and said to watch my account for an update in the next few days."

I finished the call by stating how pleased I was with the progress I was making on this issue with the SD-based MP agents vs dealing the drones in the Philippines and she replied with a meaningful "Thank you sir!".
