Not skeptical at all. The original post gave the impression that the double lines were officially the opposite of what they are in other parts of the world. Having driven all around Thailand and specifically in and around Khao Lak for the past 4 years I will be returning in January for 12 weeks with the benefit of a hire car. I'm not a timid driver but one well experienced with all the habits of locals and foreigners alike.
