In CDG, their contractor is a bizarre little luggage retailer on the first floor of an old factory-type building close to the gare du nord - went there, and essentially found myself bargaining with an old frenchmen to end up with a rather nice trolley. As I only stayed in INN for half a day when my suitcase went bust there they let me use a shop in VIE instead.
