A fine hotel. I've stayed there half a dozen times since last year. It's not particularly close to anything but within a short commute of plenty of interesting places. The fitness center is good (not very good) but it has a sauna and a terrific hot tub (not that you'll be using that much in July).
If you're there for business in Philadelphia, as pointed out, the traffic can really be bad, but there's a commuter train station a ten-minute walk away if you're so inclined. The concierge lounge, although small, is very good; the best part being the Old World service provided by the young Italian gentleman in charge.
