Plenty of hotels have a kids camp, but unfortunately, most of those require kids to be 5 or older. However, there are several organizations that will sit kids in your hotel - here's a link, scroll down a bit. I'm fairly certain that several hotels also offer babysitting services, but have no idea which ones.
