Yes I think so, at least up to a certain level. The staff member gets to see the comment and a copy of it goes to their immediate boss, ie. Duty Officer/manager responsible for the team they're in. I believe management responsible for the LGW team also get to see some of these comments.

adrianjc32 would be able to elaborate a little more on this.
