The agents on the MP toll-free line in the Philippines are clueless; the only agents who tried to assist are on the direct dial number in the US. I just received a letter in the mail today saying that I had to prove I bought a Clase Ejecutive/Business Class ticket for a segment (even though the other 5 C segments are all there albeit without the correct bonus at the time of booking the ticket).
A pleasant overnight update. Just checked my MP account and the 2 missing TA segments have posted...so I wanted to find out what changed so I called the US-based 1-605-399-2411 MP Number and the agent looked up what transpired. She said that they sent the ticket information I provided them to TA via email last week and both were confirmed and approved for crediting yesterday via return email. So I enquired about the one C segment that posted in Y in error and the agent kept typing away and said "all taken care of Mr PointWeasel, is there anything else?"
Overall very impressed with MP US-based agents! ^
So there remains just one outstanding issue: the COS bonus. Grupo TACA is the partner, however, the COS bonus is not posting with the LR-operated TACA flights. Furthermore, when I bought my TA tickets in October last year the C bonus was 50% (I have a website printout to prove it). Should I mail this request into MP or UA Customer Relations?
