Just a point of clarification given that the OP stated the 2 night stay coupon was good only for weekend nights. If this is true, then most likely the OP will be required to have 3 different weekend stays to use all 3 coupons. Depending on how a hotel defines weekend nights, it might be possible to use 2 of those coupons during one weekend stay (i.e. a Thursday - Monday stay where the hotel includes both the Thursday and Sunday nights as weekend nights.)
