They are, without question, the platinum standard for ethics, reliability, customer service, and in-depth knowledge of what they sell. I've been buying from them for well over a decade, representing tens of thousands of dollars in purchases. I've bought from them on-line, over the phone and at their store and never had a single problem. Returns, on this rare occasions when something was not to my liking, were a breeze.
