my good god!

Today out of the blue i received a call on my mobile from Shell Drivers club UK customer services!!!

they wanted to advise me that my BA miles should of posted after some "major problems"!

They seem to be aware of the problems with the Turkey call centre and as such i have been given an email address for the UK customer services which will bypass the normal customer services email address.

If anyone is having any problems feel free to PM me and ill let you have the email address.

They also let slip that all mail addressed to drivers club is now being opened and dealt with in the UK!

seems that Shell might of become aware of some serious flaws in this scheme! dont know if this is too little, too late. we will see!!
