Some of the salespeople can be gruff but as a business they know what they're doing. I shop there in person and I've been impressed by their knowledge, and I don't feel like they'll take advantage of my ignorance or rip me off. Some of the cheaper stores deal in gray market goods, don't think B&H does. They've been around since forever and carry a lot of pro equipment. You should at least stop by if you enjoy that kid-in-a-candy-store feeling.
