Near landing we get juice and water.
An afternoon flight from BOS-DFW. Flight description says F meal is "Snack or Brunch" (whatever that means). FA does drinks and nuts, then takes orders on a sheet of paper. She brings hot towels and then serves the salad or sandwich with minimal fuss. She checks every 20-30 minutes for drink refills. Trays are picked up within minutes of completing the meal. When I ask for decaf she says they only have one working coffee maker, but if I can cooperate with her she will get me some decaf. So after a bit, I get a cup of decaf and she asks if I will want a refill. I say yes, we agree on when and then she will make more regular coffee. Cookies come out and she later brings around a basket to offer seconds. There is also an unaccompanied child on board and they send a couple of cookies back and also have him/her up front to talk and play for a few minutes.
Can you guess which FA got an AAplause?
I would like the second one, please.
