Two things:
1st off, the warming of a baby bottle. I learned this from a pretty senior F/A and seems to work well. You fill up a coffee pot about half way with hot water from the coffee maker. Most bottles will fit in the hole at the top, and a coffee pot is much more stable than a flimsy puke bag. The passenger can wait in the galley while the bottle heats up in the coffee pot on the counter. After heating, just wash out the coffee pot.
2nd, I never really thought that cookies were such a big deal. Although this may have something to do with working international trips. After eating a 5 course 2 hour meal, most people don't want more food. I would say about half the people eat the cookies in BF.
I'll admit I did eat a cookie today on the way back to the states. I thought of this thread and was telling the other F/A's about it. They too were saying how half of the cookies go to waste on average. What we usually do is put the leftovers out with the SkySnacks.
