That's the on-the-go booster I mentioned. Have you found it to be reasonably safe/stable on most chairs? Will a 1yo be able to reach a typical table from a typical chair using it? Is it pretty durable?

I've been leaning toward the Phil & Ted's because it sounds so lightweight and well-built compared to other hook-ons. But I can't find it for less than $55 whereas this booster is only $20 at Babies R Us. And I'm cheap.
