I spoke to someone who used it last week and they said it very much depends on the time of day. From the airport to the Windsor Sheraton they said it can take as little as 15 minutes if you arrive in the early hours of the morning, like the BA flight does. Only from there in to the city does it start to get busy with traffic meaning a journey can can take up to 3 hours as has been posted during peak hours.
