Ryanair ask for the 'Place of Issue' for the passport: do I choose UK or Spain?

I'm thinking Spain, but Ryanair will charge an extra £8 each way if I am wrong! And of course contacting them to ask is practically impossible.
The things you do for £0.02 flight.
I'm Danish, but my passport was issued in Australia. So everytime I inform someone on the place of issue, I put Australia - Which is what I think you are ment to do.

So if your passport was issued in the UK you say UK - as simple as that
