I'm traveling to T4 tomorrow and given that the HEX does not go direct to T4 it seems pointless paying the premium price for the service. I'll therefore aim to catch the Heathrow Connect train. I've never used this service before. Can you use the same ticket machines as for the HEX? What platform does it leave from?
