The Eurostar Belgian/Netherlands/German sites used to sell discounted one-way tickets in Leisure Select. London-Brussels used to be 80€ and London-Paris 95€. This is no longer possible and discounted one-way tickets in Leisure Select are no longer sold on any of Eurostar's European sites.
Odd. When I go in by "Search Fares" I only ge the higher fares. When I select "Search Timetables" the lower fare does show up - in both cases I'm comparing the 7:30 departure.
