Wouldn't necessarily go to these just for food (depends on your taste), but the following should work for a business meeting - these are all in Burlingame within 1 or 2 exits of SFO/the Marriott and right near the freeway:
- Kuleto's
- Max's Cafe
- Kincaid's
- Rings (in the Embassy Suites)
- lots of other options I haven't tried in the other airport hotels too

If you are a little more flexible you could try:
- Hong Kong Flower Lounge (good dim sum in Millbrae, but can be quite noisy and crowded)
- Elephant Bar (could also be noisy)
- Prime on the Ave (steak), Il Fornaio (Italian) - both upscale places but away from the fwy. There are lots more options here on Burlingame Ave. if you are willing to venture into town.
