I have no idea whether it's still there, but 20 years ago when I lived in Monahans, Texas (raise your hand if you know where that is. Thought so ) the eponymous Biscuits 'n' Gravy Restaurant was to die for.

They would also deliver! And you could run a tab til the end of the month.
