CZ operates 4 daily flights from HKG to CAN, 3 of which have business class. To take the train requires a visa since you're doing a land crossing. Going by air allows a visa free transit.

BTW, CZ is quite a common visitor to HKG. In addition to the CAN flights, they also offer:

Daily flights:
1x - HKG-SHE
1x - HKG-CGO
1x - HKG-CSX
1x - HKG-PEK
1x - HKG-SYX
1x - HKG-HAK
1x - HKG-WUH plus 1 more to WUH daily except Monday
