Your pending E status has already been well explained by others.

I am actually very pleased to see that the Mother Of Us All has appropriately acknowledged your "free services" onboard while the pax was in their care, not yours. We had a discussion some time ago involving another physician who was asked to help and than requested certain amount of points and they were not forthcoming. How it all ended, i do not know.

These days, everything has a price, especially onboard. In my opinion, maybe being influenced too much by Ayn Rand, while travelling you have no other than moral obligation to help. You did, and AC recognized that. Everybody is a winner! ^
