I agree that there has been a major uplifting of the pilots lately. I've especially noticed the 757/767 captains have been stepping up and giving out more Biz Cards and even the little equipment type cards they have in the briefing rooms.

Note to Captains:

This makes a BIG difference and really does impress people. I've had co-workers on flights that rarely if ever fly United, and were really impressed when I got a card from the Captain - they have started to convert from AA to UA (obviously not because of this), and this was just another example for me to show them how UA really does care.
