I had a number of UA flights this past weekend. I was very surprised to find on a few of the flights the pilots were very helpful, funny, kind, informative and generous. In three instances the captains came thru the F cabin a talked about the flight. On one flight the captain thanked everyone for flying and shook everyones hand in F. On a approach into BWI a captain talked via channel 9 to interested listeners about the flight and approach. The lesson of the day was about wing flaps. I received a card and note along with 2 2003 calendar books from one captain who was piloting two of my flights. I like this.
