Is the fact that my lunch is unhealthy contributing to my increasing BMI?
Brekky: Corn flakes & a little whole milk
Lunch: Calorie-tastic Crispy Skin Chicken (& some pork) with fried rice. :eek

Dinner: TBD, possibly roast lamb with
boiled rice & vegetables.
