Sad response from CO (though the miles are nice). Its looks as if they didn't even read the letter. Once they saw "no bags" out came the cut and paste form response.
I have had that happen on multiple occasions and it is very frustrating. One time out of about eight in this situation they made an announcement as the bags were on the belt. This was in OKC where they called a few names (mine included) to come over and retrieve bags.
