I just picked up a travel kit from Eagle creek. It has a heavy duty 1 quart plastic bag w/zipper (factory marked for size). It comes with a set of 3oz travel bottles with factory pre printed labels, as well as a set of extra pre printed labels for use.

It has come in very handy, and has not been questioned at the checkpoint.
