Starbucks Cards can now be purchased online at www.starbuckstore.com

You can also earn miles for your purchases thru:
American Airlines Mall - 5 pts per dollar
AirMilesMart - 3 pts per dollar
Marriott Rewards - 7 pts per dollar

Note there is a $1.50 handling charge for the card, so it may just be better to pick one up in the store.
