I had 2 calls back on the same night from an agent when I called in for the second time about miles not posting from National Car Rental. The agent was very nice and efficient and after hearing my story posted the missing miles the next day. They left their name and number should any problems arise, which was very cool as I now have an "inside" person at AP should I need some help in the future
