Yes, but don't most airports utilize local courier services whose sole job is to deliver late bags to their customers? Surely when one of these couriers take out a van load of luggage to be delivered, it's much cheaper (per piece) than paying a company like FedEx to haul AND deliver the bag. Just my two cents, not that I'll complain - we appreciate the business!
