doglover....I understand what you and others are saying. When introduced,
the rolling tier probably saved a few humans (plus me) from turning into gold.
To stay diamond, the smart move was to get back to the calendar year ASAP. Like the housing finance mess, this was set up to have too many chasing their tails.
