Metropark Causeway Bay has 'long stay' deals for 7, 14 and 30 days.

30 days stay (for June/July, rates vary) ranges from CAD~2900 for standard room through CAD~3350 for Harbour View through CAD~5000 for Executive Parlour/Suite (twice the size of the other rooms). That's per room. We did a 7 night in Executive Parlour/suite and were very happy with it (great views, lounge access). But they're fairly strict about staying the entire duration.

I'm sure there are heaps of good deals out there but this is the one we did (for 7 days).
