My journey to Paraguay is upcoming soon and so I was asking at the Crowne Plaza Asunción what upgrade I could expect as a Platinum member if I was making a reservation for their Nuptial Suite (next and highest level is their Presidential Suite).

First they let me know that they won't provide any upgrade at all if I will book their Nuptial Suite.

However they made the following offer which seems fine to me (compared with the 500 USD / night regular rate):

Thank you for your email.
We will be pleased to offer you the presidential suite as follows:

250.00 USD + tax /per night per room, including breakfast buffet, free access to the Gym / SPA, Internet High Speed / Wi – Fi

The presidential suite,as you surly know is divided in two rooms. One area is the living and dining area including a social bathroom. The second room is the sleeping area with his one bathroom including a Jacuzzi and a shower, which is also very spacey.

The suite is located in the seventh floor and offers you a unique view onto the bay of Asuncion. Particularly the seventh floor is also our “quiet zone” floor. That means, we guarantee you no disturbs by our housekeeping staff until 10:00 o’clock if it is not required by you. In general we are talking about a room with 380 m2 in total..

We would like to include in the above mentioned rate the pick up from the airport at you arrival and also the transfer from the hotel to the airport at your day of departure. The booking of the presidential suites includes a bottle of champagne and a plate with selected seasonal fruits of the season.
