definitely www.eurostar.com try different country sides (sometimes interesting promotions and you can still pick up the tickets at the departure station if you can't get them sent online. there are several threads in this forum, in france forum and maybe even in Uk & london forum.

ps: the only person who ever took a tgv under the channel was tom cruise in mission impossible. all other have to take the eurostar
